1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with the exchange process.
Exchange items must be in original, unused condition and may be subject to availability.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will either send you a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
